Prices displayed are subject to change without notice.

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges.

Once you have made a purchase, the price of your tickets will not be increased.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable except in limited circumstances detailed below. If you need to change the date of your visit, please contact us before the date you have booked and we will transfer your tickets to another date or issue a gift ticket that can be redeemed at a later date. Please contact office@amberleymuseum.co.uk or 01798 831370 with your booking reference if you wish to change your booking.

The Museum is not liable for visitors’ accommodation and travel costs and will not reimburse such costs should an event be cancelled or the Museum needs to close due to circumstances beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, Government restrictions due to Covid-19 or adverse weather. In these circumstances, we will consider a refund of ticket costs if an alternative date cannot be arranged for your visit.

 

Young people and students

Any young person aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 17+.

Students of any age may be asked to show student photo identification on arrival.
